01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
03 - Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of chopped apple pie filling into the center of each dough round.
04 - Fold dough over filling and pinch the edges securely to seal. Place each bite seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake in preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until biscuit bites are golden brown.
06 - Allow bites to cool slightly before serving.
