# Method:
01 - In a medium bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until evenly coated.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix crumbled blue cheese and shredded mozzarella until blended.
03 - Butter one side of each bread slice. Arrange four slices buttered side down on a clean surface.
04 - Layer buffalo chicken, cheese mixture, and optional green onions or celery on each bread slice.
05 - Place remaining bread slices on top, buttered side up, completing the sandwiches.
