# Method:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
03 - Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir continuously for 1 minute to cook the flour.
04 - Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes.
05 - Add cooked chicken, frozen peas, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme to the sauce. Stir until evenly mixed.
