08 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
09 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
10 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
11 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
12 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
13 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter.
02 - In a large bowl, toss sliced pears with lemon juice, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and flour until the fruit is evenly coated.
03 - Spread the pear mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle caramel sauce across the fruit.
04 - Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Add cold, cubed butter and work it into the mixture using fingers or a pastry cutter until it forms coarse crumbs.
05 - Distribute the crumb mixture evenly over the pears.
06 - Bake for 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
