# Method:
01 - Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly under cold running water to remove any residues.
02 - Using a sharp chef's knife, cut each fruit into thin, even slices approximately 1/8 inch thick, removing any seeds encountered.
03 - If desired, lightly dip select slices into granulated sugar for a sparkling decorative effect.
04 - Arrange citrus slices on a serving plate or tray and store chilled until ready to use.
05 - Place one or two slices on the rim of each mocktail glass, float slices atop the drink, or combine with fresh mint leaves for a festive presentation.
