# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like summer decided to become a drink, without requiring any fancy bartending skills.
  • The guava nectar brings a natural sweetness that makes agave adjustments completely forgiving, even if you're working by feel rather than precision.
02 -
  • Shake this long enough to get actual condensation on the shaker, because underchilled margaritas taste watered down even when they're not.
  • Guava nectar brands vary wildly in sweetness, so taste your mixture before pouring if you're trying a new source and you'll avoid regret.
03 -
  • Pre-chill your glasses by filling them with ice while you're building the drink, then empty and serve immediately for something that stays cold longer.
  • A jigger with measurement marks on both sides keeps you honest and consistent, especially the second time you're making these when speed matters more than precision.
