# Method:

01 - Slice mini bagels horizontally and arrange cut-side up on a large serving platter forming five interlocking Olympic rings.
02 - Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
03 - Separate cream cheese mixture evenly into five small bowls. Add one designated topping or color to each bowl and mix thoroughly.
04 - Spread each colored cream cheese evenly over two bagel halves, matching colors to the Olympic rings pattern.
05 - Assemble decorated bagels in the Olympic rings shape with slight overlaps. Top each ring with a basil leaf and optional edible gold dust or sesame seeds.
