# Components:

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes

# Method:

01 - In a sanitized large glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Introduce water kefir grains or ginger bug alongside freshly extracted lemon juice. Blend gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Shield the jar with a breathable cloth or securely fitted coffee filter. Set aside at room temperature, ideally between 68°F and 77°F, allowing fermentation for 24 to 48 hours until effervescent and slightly tangy.
03 - Remove and strain the kefir grains or ginger bug. Reserve or repurpose for subsequent preparation.
04 - In a pitcher, blend the probiotic soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and whole mint leaves. Mix carefully.
05 - Disperse ice cubes into drinking glasses, decant mocktail mixture, and decorate each portion with a thin orange slice and additional mint. Serve promptly for optimal carbonation.
