03 - Remove and strain the kefir grains or ginger bug. Reserve or repurpose for subsequent preparation.
04 - In a pitcher, blend the probiotic soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and whole mint leaves. Mix carefully.
05 - Disperse ice cubes into drinking glasses, decant mocktail mixture, and decorate each portion with a thin orange slice and additional mint. Serve promptly for optimal carbonation.
