# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Separate biscuit dough into 12 pieces. Flatten each piece into a 3-inch diameter round.
04 - Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each dough round. Gather edges and pinch tightly to enclose filling, shaping into balls.
05 - Place biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
06 - Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown.
07 - While baking, whisk powdered sugar and milk together until smooth.
08 - Remove biscuits from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle glaze over each and sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
