03 - In a large bowl, combine 1 cup shredded red cabbage, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1/2 thinly sliced red bell pepper, 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, and 1/4 cup roughly chopped roasted peanuts.
04 - Lay out the 4 large flour tortillas or wraps. Distribute a generous spoonful of the prepared peanut sauce down the center of each tortilla. Top with the warmed chicken mixture and the combined salad ingredients. Drizzle additional peanut sauce over the fillings.
05 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Slice the wraps in half if desired. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
