# Components:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1/2 tsp paprika
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder

→ Garlic-Parmesan Sauce

07 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
08 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
11 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
12 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Method:

01 - Set the air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for 5 minutes.
02 - Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 10 to 13 minutes until golden and crispy.
04 - Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, taking care not to brown. Remove from heat.
05 - Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl. Pour garlic butter over wings, add Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss thoroughly to coat.
06 - Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.
