01 - Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispness.
02 - While the bread is toasting, halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Add lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mash the avocado until mostly smooth, retaining some texture as preferred.
03 - Evenly spread the mashed avocado mixture onto the surface of each toasted bread slice.
04 - Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil if using. Generously sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the avocado. Garnish with chili flakes, microgreens, or sliced radishes if desired.
05 - Serve the avocado toast immediately.
