A creamy oat milk matcha with cinnamon and maple syrup for a warming, dairy-free drink.

# Components:

→ Matcha Latte Base

01 - 2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder
02 - 2 tablespoons hot water (about 175°F, not boiling)

→ Sweetener & Flavor

03 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for garnish

→ Milk

05 - 2 cups unsweetened oat milk

→ Optional

06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Method:

01 - Whisk matcha powder with hot water in a small bowl until smooth and frothy.
02 - Combine oat milk, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat; heat until steaming without boiling.
03 - Optionally, stir in vanilla extract into the heated milk mixture.
04 - Pour the warm oat milk mixture into the matcha while whisking until well combined and frothy.
05 - Divide the latte evenly between two mugs.
06 - Sprinkle with cinnamon on top and serve immediately.
