- Accompaniments: 1 small jar wild berry compote or lingonberry jam, 80 g pickled wild mushrooms, 60 g cornichons or pickled pearl onions, 60 g toasted walnuts, 1 small bunch red grapes, 1 crisp apple sliced, 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions
