# Components:

→ Cheeses

01 - 8.8 oz mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese (for spreading and shaping)
03 - 2.8 oz black olives (for eyes and nose)

→ Fruits

04 - 2 large green apples
05 - 1 large pear (for the face base)
06 - 1 cup seedless green grapes
07 - 1 cup seedless red grapes
08 - 1 cup blueberries

→ Other

09 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
10 - Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
11 - 8 rice crackers or round crackers (for serving, optional)

# Method:

01 - Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly. Slice the pear lengthwise to create the lamb's face shape. Cut green apples into thin wedges to form the ears.
02 - Place the pear half in the center of a large serving platter to serve as the lamb's face.
03 - Arrange mozzarella balls closely around the pear half to mimic fluffy wool surrounding the face.
04 - Place apple wedges on either side of the pear to represent the lamb's ears.
05 - Place black olives to create the lamb's eyes and nose, slicing olives as needed to achieve desired shapes and sizes.
06 - Fill any gaps around the wool and base of the platter with blueberries and both green and red grapes to add color and fullness.
07 - Use small dots of cream cheese to secure the olives forming the eyes and nose. Optionally, create a smiling mouth with cream cheese.
08 - Add fresh mint leaves on top for a vibrant and fresh appearance.
09 - Lightly drizzle honey over fruit and cheese for added sweetness if desired.
10 - Serve immediately with crackers or enjoy as presented.
