14 - 15 g pomegranate seeds
15 - Crackers, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks for serving
# Method:
01 - In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
02 - Gently fold in roasted red peppers, chopped spinach, green onions, and minced garlic to the base mixture.
03 - Mix in smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes; adjust seasoning as needed.
04 - Transfer the mixture onto a large round serving platter and shape it into a wreath, leaving a hollow center.
05 - Sprinkle chopped parsley and pomegranate seeds atop the wreath to emulate festive holly. Serve immediately with preferred dippers or refrigerate until serving.
