# Method:

01 - Position the Brie, Manchego, and blue cheese evenly spaced on a large serving platter.
02 - Place prosciutto, salami, and smoked duck breast folded or rolled beside the cheeses; for a vegetarian alternative, substitute with marinated grilled vegetables.
