I created this dessert board for our last family gathering and it was a huge hit. Guests loved making their own combinations and it sparked a lot of laughter around the table.

Ingredients

  • Cheesecake Bites: 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese softened, 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream, 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream, 1 cup (120 g) graham cracker crumbs
  • Toppings: 1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries sliced, 1 cup (125 g) fresh blueberries, 1 cup (150 g) raspberries, 1/2 cup (120 ml) salted caramel sauce, 1/2 cup (120 ml) chocolate ganache or hot fudge, 1/2 cup (80 g) crushed Oreos, 1/2 cup (60 g) chopped toasted pecans, 1/2 cup (60 g) mini chocolate chips, 1/2 cup (60 g) toasted coconut flakes, 1/4 cup (40 g) rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

Beat Cream Cheese and Sugar:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
Add Remaining Ingredients:
