- Avocado: 4 ripe avocados, halved and pitted; 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice; ½ teaspoon sea salt; ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Savory Toppings: 6 poached or soft-boiled eggs (optional); 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved; ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled (or vegan feta); 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced; ½ cup radishes, thinly sliced; ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced; ½ cup smoked salmon (optional); ¼ cup microgreens or arugula
- Festive & Sweet Toppings: ½ cup pomegranate seeds; ¼ cup toasted pumpkin seeds or pepitas; 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, chopped; 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Seasonings & Condiments: 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil; 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes; 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning; Flaky sea salt, to taste; Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
