Instructions
- Make Tahini Mix:
- In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and fully combined.
- Prepare Glasses:
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
- Add Coffee:
- Divide the cold brew coffee evenly between the glasses.
- Combine Tahini Mix:
- Add the tahini mixture to each glass and stir well to combine.
- Finish & Serve:
- Top with plant-based milk and gently stir for a creamy finish. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Serve immediately.
